FAQ, or what there is to know
We assume you're familiar with the concept of FAQs, but just to be on the safe side, here we answer questions you might have without you having to ask them.
How does shipping work? How long do I have to wait?
We ship with DHL as standard, and you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. Provided you're ordering from or to Germany, you can find more information here: Shipping
By the way, sometimes, especially during exceptional times like before Christmas or similar, DHL may be a bit slower than we're used to. There's not much we can do about that, of course, even though we'd love to get in the car and deliver your package to you personally. In that case, you can always use the tracking feature or contact us via chat, and we can investigate where your new treasures are.
What do I do if I need to exchange/return something?

But of course, you're here in the FAQ because you're looking for quick and easy answers. So here's the short version: Simply package the items you want to return securely, post them, and send them to us. As soon as we receive your return, your money will be refunded. It's that simple.
If you need more information about how exactly to send mail, the staff at your local post office will be able to help you.
How can I pay?
At the very bottom of our shop's footer, you'll find a few images that show you which payment methods we accept. The most important ones are

You can also pay in advance by bank transfer. Please note, however, that we cannot ship your order until we receive payment.
