Shipping within Germany

For shipping within Germany with DHL, we charge a flat rate of 5.50 euros per order.

From a gross order value of €100, we will pay the postage for you.

Shipping costs are displayed online BEFORE the final order is placed.

Shipping within the EU

For shipping within the EU we charge a flat rate of 11.99 euros per order.

From a gross order value of €250, we will cover the shipping costs.

Shipping to Switzerland

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All information can be found at MeinEinkauf.ch. MeinEinkauf.ch will then take care of all customs formalities and delivery to your door for a small fee. You will receive your goods quickly, duty paid and cheap.

Pickup in store in Gauting

You have the option of picking up the ordered goods in our shop. There are no shipping costs.

Delivery and delivery times

We will process your order immediately upon receipt. The delivery time for goods in stock is i.d. Usually 3 - 5 business days. If an item is not in stock, we will notify you immediately by email.
