La Bien Aimée has Paris in it - and the philosophy that true love can be felt in every stitch. Aimée Gille started L'OisiveThé in 2008, the first knitting café in Paris, where a community was formed around shared passion. What started as a blog about personal knitting projects developed into an artisanal dyeing studio whose name says it all: “the much-loved” - yarns that bring joy and inspiration to everyone who touches them.

In her Parisian studio, she creates over 500 unique colorways on 30 different qualities of yarn, each batch dyed by hand with meticulous attention to complex, harmonious color gradients. Aimée believes in the power of handmade things to transmit love and care - a feeling that is deeply woven into every skein. Today, La Bien Aimée has become a voice in the fiber arts scene far beyond the borders of Paris, connecting a vibrant global community. Here, yarn becomes art, and art becomes a bridge between hearts.
